Eazymaid is an online platform operated by Rameti Global Pte. Ltd. that connects users with licensed maid agencies in Singapore.

We are not a maid employment or recruitment agency and do not provide maid placement, hiring, or matchmaking services.

Our role is limited to hosting listings from licensed agencies and forwarding user enquiries to them.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you provide through:

  • Website enquiry forms
  • The built-in Eazymaid chatbot
  • Messaging tools such as WhatsApp
  • Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or similar channels)
  • Other communication features we may introduce from time to time

This may include your name, email address, contact number, and enquiry details.

If you create an account to view helper profiles, we collect:

  • Basic login details (name, email, and verification token)
  • One-time password (OTP) or third-party authentication data (e.g., Google or Facebook login)

We do not store passwords.

Our analytics tools may also collect anonymized technical data such as browser type, device, general location, and interaction patterns to help us improve our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

  • Process and forward enquiries to relevant maid agencies.
  • Enable and manage authenticated user access to helper profiles.
  • Communicate with you via email, chat, WhatsApp, or social media.
  • Send newsletters, service updates, or promotional materials (you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • Improve website functionality, security, and user experience using anonymized analytics.

We do not use personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Chat, Messaging, and Enquiry Tools

We provide multiple ways for users to contact us, including our chatbot, enquiry forms, WhatsApp, and social media messaging tools. When you use these features, we may collect your name, contact details, and message content.

Chat messages and enquiries submitted through our platform may be recorded and stored for service quality, support, and record-keeping purposes. This information is used to respond to your query and may be forwarded to registered maid agencies if relevant.

If a maid or helper contacts us, their details may also be shared with agencies for appropriate follow-up.

Our chatbot interactions are managed by an authorised outsourcing partner under the supervision of Rameti Global Pte. Ltd. The partner operates under strict confidentiality and data protection standards consistent with Singapore’s PDPA. Messages sent through third-party apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM) are subject to those platforms’ own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • We share enquiry details only with the maid agencies featured on our platform.
  • We may engage authorised service providers or overseas support teams for technical and administrative support. These partners are contractually bound to maintain PDPA-comparable protection standards.
  • We comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations by allowing access to helper biodata only through authenticated accounts.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Each maid agency is responsible for how it manages the information it receives.

6. Helper Biodata and Agency Content

All helper biodata and related content are uploaded and managed by registered maid agencies.

Each agency is responsible for obtaining consent and ensuring compliance with PDPA.

Rameti Global Pte. Ltd. does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of such content and shall not be liable for any errors or misuse.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy or as required by law.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to support basic website functionality and understand overall user activity.

We may also use marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook), or similar platforms to measure advertising reach and site performance. These tools may collect non-identifiable technical data, including device type, browser information, anonymised IP address, and general location. This information helps us analyse traffic patterns and improve our services but does not personally identify individual users.

Personal data—such as your name, email address, phone number, or enquiry details—is collected only when you voluntarily submit it through forms, chatbot interactions, or messaging features.
