Welcome to Eazymaid, operated by Rameti Global Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using www.housemaid.com.sg (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Website.
1. About Eazymaid
Eazymaid is an online platform operated by Rameti Global Pte. Ltd. that connects users with licensed maid agencies in Singapore.
We are not a maid employment or recruitment agency and do not provide maid placement, hiring, or matchmaking services.
Our role is limited to hosting listings, displaying advertisements, and forwarding user enquiries to agencies.
2. Use of Website
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and genuine enquiries related to domestic helper services.
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Website’s functionality or security; or
- Use the Website for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user found in breach of these Terms.
3. User Accounts and Access to Helper Profiles
To comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, access to helper biodata is available only to authenticated users.
Users may log in using:
- An email one-time password (OTP); or
- Third-party login providers such as Google, Facebook, or other approved options introduced in the future.
By creating or using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
- Keep your login credentials confidential; and
- Use your account only for lawful, personal purposes related to maid agency enquiries.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or violate these Terms.
4. Enquiries and Data Sharing
You may contact us or submit enquiries through the Website, our chatbot, WhatsApp, Facebook, or other messaging and social-media platforms. By submitting an enquiry through any of these channels, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information to process your request and forward it to relevant maid agencies, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Information and Listings
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate and updated information about maid agencies and helpers. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. Users should verify all details directly with the respective agencies before engagement or hiring decisions.
6. Helper Biodata and Agency Content
Helper biodata, profiles, and related content displayed on the Website are uploaded and managed solely by registered maid agencies.
Each agency is responsible for ensuring compliance with PDPA and MOM regulations and for obtaining the necessary consent for the data it publishes. Rameti Global Pte. Ltd. does not create, verify, or edit such content and shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or misuse of the information provided by agencies.
7. Platform Fees, Advertising, and Sponsored Listings
Use of the Eazymaid platform is free for employers and domestic helpers. We do not collect any service or placement fees from users or helpers.
We may receive advertising, listing, or banner placement fees from maid agencies or advertisers for promotional visibility on the platform. Such promotions may include featured listings, sponsored placements, or top banner advertisements, which are clearly identified as “Advertisements,” “Sponsored,” or similar labels to distinguish them from standard listings.
These paid placements are displayed in designated sections for marketing purposes and do not affect the visibility, accuracy, or integrity of other listings shown on the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Rameti Global Pte. Ltd.
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without our prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites.
10. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Website or its content;
- The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Website; or
- The suitability of any information or service for a particular purpose.

We may amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Singapore courts.
